mvwizFTP 개인정보 처리방침 시행일: 2026년 10월 6일 운영자: 이창화(mvwiz) 문의: mvwiz@naver.com 1. 적용 범위 이 방침은 macOS용 mvwizFTP 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱 소개·고객지원 웹사이트와 Apple App Store의 데이터 처리는 각 서비스의 방침도 적용됩니다. 2. 개발자의 데이터 수집 mvwizFTP에는 회원가입, 광고, 분석 SDK 또는 개발자에게 데이터를 자동 전송하는 기능이 없습니다. 개발자는 앱을 통해 서버 접속 정보, 비밀번호, 파일 내용 및 사용 기록을 수집하지 않습니다. 3. Mac에 저장하는 정보 사용자가 등록한 서버 이름, 주소, 포트, 사용자 이름, 시작 경로, 신뢰한 SSH 지문, 접속 시각과 비밀번호를 접속 편의를 위해 Mac의 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 비밀번호는 AES-GCM으로 암호화하며 암호화 키도 같은 Mac의 앱 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 이는 별도의 사용자 암호나 키체인 접근 통제로 보호되는 저장 방식과는 다릅니다. 창 위치 등 앱 설정도 기기에 보관합니다. 텍스트 파일을 처음 열 때 백업이 없으면 원본을 한 번 보관하며, 이후 서버에 저장이 완료될 때마다 저장한 내용을 압축한 로컬 SQLite 백업을 만듭니다. 백업에는 서버 프로필 식별자와 계정 식별용 해시, 파일 경로, 저장 시각, 파일 크기와 내용이 포함되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 압축은 암호화가 아니며 백업은 Mac 사용자 계정의 파일 접근 권한으로 보호됩니다. 4. 사용자가 지정한 서버로 전송하는 정보 FTP/SFTP 접속과 파일 작업을 수행하면 인증 정보, 파일 이름·경로·내용 및 작업 요청이 사용자가 지정한 서버에 직접 전달됩니다. 해당 서버는 접속 IP 주소와 작업 내역 등을 기록할 수 있으며 서버 운영자의 정책이 적용됩니다. 일반 FTP는 암호화되지 않으므로 보안이 필요한 경우 SFTP 또는 FTP(TLS)를 사용하세요. 개발자 서버를 통한 중계는 하지 않습니다. 5. 파일 접근 및 편집 사용자가 선택하거나 끌어다 놓은 로컬 파일·폴더에 접근해 업로드·다운로드를 수행합니다. 원격 코드 편집과 이미지 미리보기는 Mac에서 처리하며, 저장을 선택하면 편집한 내용이 해당 서버로 전송됩니다. Ace Editor와 네트워크 라이브러리는 앱에 포함되어 있으며 원격 분석 서비스에 편집 내용을 보내지 않습니다. 6. 보관 및 삭제 저장된 서버의 삭제 확인 창에서 삭제를 선택하면 해당 서버 프로필, 앱에 저장한 비밀번호 및 해당 서버의 모든 로컬 텍스트 백업 기록을 함께 삭제하고 관련 편집창을 닫습니다. 저장 중인 편집창이 있으면 작업을 마친 뒤 삭제할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 다운로드·내보내기한 파일과 원격 서버의 파일은 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. 텍스트 버전 백업에는 개수·기간에 따른 자동 삭제가 없으며, 서버 삭제를 확인한 경우 해당 서버의 백업 기록도 삭제됩니다. 로컬 백업을 모두 삭제하려면 앱을 종료한 뒤 앱 전용 저장 공간의 mvwizFTP/Backups 폴더를 삭제하세요. Mac의 백업과 이전 설치본에 남은 자료는 사용자가 별도로 관리해야 합니다. 7. 결제 및 고객지원 앱 구매·결제·환불은 Apple을 통해 처리되며 개발자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 이메일로 문의하면 사용자가 제공한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변 및 문제 해결에 사용하며 처리 완료 후 불필요한 내용은 삭제합니다. 문의 시 비밀번호나 민감한 원본 파일을 보내지 마세요. Apple이 제공하는 판매·진단 정보는 Apple의 설정과 정책에 따릅니다. 8. 변경 및 문의 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지의 방침과 시행일을 갱신합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의와 지원은 mvwiz@naver.com으로 연락해 주세요. 9. 데모 환경 데모 모드는 외부 서버에 접속하지 않고 앱 전용 공간의 샘플 파일로 동작합니다. 데모로 업로드한 파일도 Mac에만 보관됩니다. 데모 서버 프로필 삭제만으로 연습 파일이 지워지지는 않으며 데모에서 해당 파일을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. ──────────────────────── English mvwizFTP Privacy Policy Effective date: October 6, 2026 Operator: Changhwa Lee (mvwiz) Contact: mvwiz@naver.com 1. Scope This policy applies to the mvwizFTP app for macOS. The app information and support websites and the Apple App Store also process data under their respective policies. 2. Data collection by the developer mvwizFTP has no account registration, advertising, analytics SDKs or features that automatically send data to the developer. The developer does not collect server connection details, passwords, file contents or usage history through the app. 3. Information stored on your Mac The app stores the server names, addresses, ports, usernames, initial paths, trusted SSH fingerprints, connection times and passwords you provide in its application storage on your Mac for convenient access. Passwords are encrypted using AES-GCM. The encryption key is also stored in the app's storage on the same Mac. This differs from storage protected by a separate user password or Keychain access controls. App settings, such as window positions, are also stored on the device. When you first open a text file that has no backup, the original is backed up once. After each successful save to the server, the saved content is compressed and stored in a local SQLite backup. Backups include the server profile identifier, a hash identifying the account, the file path, save time, file size and content. They are not sent to the developer. Compression is not encryption; backups are protected by the file access permissions of your Mac user account. 4. Information sent to servers you choose FTP/SFTP connections and file operations send authentication details, file names, paths, contents and operation requests directly to the server you specify. That server may record your IP address and activity under its operator's policies. Standard FTP is not encrypted. Use SFTP or FTP (TLS) when encryption is needed. Connections are not relayed through the developer's servers. 5. File access and editing The app accesses local files and folders that you select or drag into it to perform uploads and downloads. Remote code editing and image previews are processed on your Mac. When you choose to save, edited content is sent to the corresponding server. Ace Editor and networking libraries are bundled with the app and do not send your edits to an analytics service. 6. Retention and deletion Confirming removal of a saved server deletes that server profile, its saved password and all of its local text backup history, and closes the related editor windows. If an editor is saving, that operation must finish before removal. Downloaded or exported files and files on the remote server are not automatically deleted. Text version backups have no automatic retention or count limit. Confirming server removal also deletes that server's backup history. To delete all local backups, quit the app and delete the mvwizFTP/Backups folder in its application storage. You are responsible for managing copies in Mac backups and previous installations. 7. Payments and support Apple handles app purchases, payments and refunds. The developer does not receive payment card details. If you contact support by email, the email address and information you provide are used to respond and resolve your issue. Unneeded information is deleted after the inquiry is resolved. Do not send passwords or sensitive original files. Sales and diagnostic information provided by Apple is subject to Apple's settings and policies. 8. Changes and contact If data handling changes, this policy and its effective date will be updated. Contact mvwiz@naver.com for privacy inquiries and support. 9. Demo environment Demo mode uses sample files in the app's local storage without connecting to an external server. Files uploaded in demo mode stay on your Mac. Removing the demo server profile does not delete practice files; you can delete those files directly in demo mode.
