SFTP 첫 접속 때는 서버 관리자와 SSH 지문을 확인하세요. 파일 전송: 업로드 버튼 또는 드래그앤드롭을 사용하세요. 다운로드할 항목을 선택하고 저장할 폴더를 지정하세요. 코드 편집: 지원하는 텍스트 파일을 더블클릭하면 독립된 편집창이 열립니다. ⌘S는 해당 서버에 저장합니다. 이미지 파일은 미리보기로 열립니다. 접속 오류: 호스트, 포트, 인증 방식 및 계정의 읽기·쓰기 권한을 확인하세요. SSH 개인 키 인증과 전송 재개는 지원하지 않습니다. 일반 FTP는 암호화되지 않으므로 SFTP 또는 FTP(TLS)를 권장합니다. 문의할 때 앱 버전, macOS 버전, 오류 문구와 재현 순서를 알려 주세요. 서버 비밀번호, SSH 개인 키나 민감한 파일은 보내지 마세요. 구매 및 환불은 Apple App Store 지원을 이용하세요. 로컬 버전 백업: 처음 열 때 백업이 없는 텍스트 파일의 원본을 한 번 저장하며, 이후 서버 저장에 성공할 때마다 저장한 내용을 압축해 보관합니다. 왼쪽 날짜 목록에서 과거 내용을 불러오고 ⌘S로 서버에 저장할 수 있습니다. 상단 ‘로컬백업파일’에서는 경로·파일명 검색, 백업 개수 확인과 최근 버전 미리보기를 지원합니다. 백업 보관·삭제: 자동 만료나 개수 제한은 없으며 디스크 여유 공간이 필요합니다. 서버를 목록에서 삭제하면 확인 후 접속 정보·비밀번호·해당 서버의 모든 로컬 백업이 함께 삭제됩니다. 원격 서버의 폴더와 파일은 그대로 유지됩니다. 로컬 백업 오류가 표시되면 디스크 공간과 쓰기 권한을 확인하고 ‘다시 시도’를 누르세요. 언어 설정: Mac의 언어 설정을 따르며 한국어·영어를 지원합니다. 시스템 설정 → 일반 → 언어 및 지역 → 응용 프로그램에서 mvwizFTP의 언어를 선택하고 앱을 다시 여세요. ──────────────────────── English Support Contact: mvwiz@naver.com Requirements: Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 26 or later. Language: English and Korean follow your Mac’s preferred languages. To override the app language, open System Settings → General → Language & Region → Applications, choose mvwizFTP, then reopen the app. Unsupported languages fall back to English. Connect: Choose Add Server, enter the host, port, username and password. Leave Initial Path blank to use the login folder. Confirm a new SFTP fingerprint with your server administrator. Transfers: Use Upload or drag files from Finder. Select files and choose Download. Right-click to rename, delete or copy paths. Editing: Double-click a supported text file. The separate editor is immediately editable; Command-S saves to the server. Images open in a preview window. Backups: The first-open original is saved once when no history exists, and each successful server save adds a compressed local version. Select a dated backup to load it; Command-S writes it to the server. Local Backups above the file list lets you search paths and preview versions offline. Save to Mac exports a copy. Removal: Removing a saved server deletes its local profile, password and all local backup history after confirmation. Remote files remain unchanged. There is no automatic backup expiry or count limit; available disk space is required. If a local backup fails, check disk space and permissions, then choose Try Again. Connection errors: Check the host, port, credentials and server permissions. SFTP private keys and transfer resume are not supported. Plain FTP is unencrypted; use SFTP or FTP (TLS) for protected transfers. For support, include the app version, macOS version, error message and steps to reproduce. Do not send passwords, private keys or sensitive files. Apple handles purchases and refunds.
